This is the Liverpool FC 2021-22 Third Kit, characterized by its 'Chrome Yellow' base and 'Rush Red' accents. The design features a distinctive red-and-yellow checkered pattern on the V-neck collar and sleeve cuffs, complemented by subtle vertical jacquard pinstripes. It includes an embroidered club crest, the classic Nike 'Futura' logo (the Nike wordmark above the swoosh), and heat-applied 'Standard Chartered' and 'Expedia' sponsor logos. The shirt is constructed from 100% recycled polyester utilizing Nike's Dri-FIT technology for moisture-wicking performance.The kit's design pays homage to Liverpool's rich history of yellow away and third kits from the 1950s through the 1980s. Specifically, the checkered trim is inspired by the passion of the Kop and the flags flown during the 1977 European Cup final victory in Rome.
