Manchester City 2015-16 Third Kit, part of Nike's 'Night Rising' collection. The jersey features a 'Ghost Green' (neon green) base with a distinctive black ombré gradient on the long-sleeve cuffs. It is made from Nike Dri-FIT mesh fabric for breathability and features the club's 1997-2016 eagle crest with three stars and the 'Superbia In Proelia' motto. The sponsor 'Etihad Airways' is printed on the front in black.The kit was designed as a tribute to one of the most pivotal moments in Manchester City's history: the 1999 Second Division Play-Off Final victory over Gillingham at Wembley. The neon green color (Ghost Green) was inspired by the fluorescent trim on the yellow and black striped kit worn during that 1999 match, where City scored two late goals to secure promotion from the third tier of English football.
