2012-2013 Rangers FC Umbro Home Football Shirt 9 Tennent's

This royal blue training shirt features an embroidered white Umbro logo on the right chest and a classic 'RFC' monogram crest on the left. A distinctive 'Tennent's' sponsor logo is applied in a black-and-white block directly beneath the club crest. The fabric is a lightweight performance polyester with a subtle tonal diamond jacquard pattern throughout. A key feature is the custom neck tape inside the collar, which repeats the year '1972' in commemoration of the club's European success.This item was released by Umbro to commemorate the 40th anniversary of Rangers' victory in the 1972 European Cup Winners' Cup. On May 24, 1972, Rangers defeated Dynamo Moscow 3-2 at the Camp Nou in Barcelona, a triumph that earned the winning squad the nickname 'The Barcelona Bears.' This remains the only major European trophy in the club's history. The 2012-13 kit cycle incorporated several design nods to that era, including the simplified monogram crest and the specific neck tape seen here.
