2012/2013 Germany Adidas Away Football Shirt 2014 FIFA World Cup

An Adidas Germany national football team polo shirt from the 2012/2013 season. This white shirt features a classic polo collar with a two-button placket and the brand's 'Climalite' moisture-wicking technology. The design is characterized by striking diagonal panels on the shoulders and upper sleeves in black, bright red, and a darker maroon-red shade. The iconic Adidas three stripes are present on the shoulders in black. On the chest, it features a heat-pressed or embroidered Adidas logo and the official Deutscher Fußball-Bund (DFB) crest, which is topped with three stars representing Germany's World Cup titles at that time (1954, 1974, and 1990).This polo shirt was part of the official teamwear for the German national team during the UEFA Euro 2012 campaign and the early stages of the 2014 World Cup qualifiers. During this period, led by manager Joachim Löw and featuring stars like Mesut Özil, Philipp Lahm, and Miroslav Klose, Germany was considered one of the strongest teams in the world, famously winning all their matches in the 'Group of Death' at Euro 2012 before reaching the semi-finals. The three stars on the crest represent Germany's then-status as three-time World Champions (1954, 1974, 1990), a tally that would increase to four following their victory in Brazil in 2014.
