This SL Benfica home jersey features the club's iconic 'Benfica Red' colorway, accented by a white V-neck collar and the classic white Adidas three-stripes on the shoulders. A defining characteristic of this 2003-2004 template is the white breathable mesh side panels with a distinctive dotted/perforated pattern, designed for ventilation. The front displays the embroidered club crest on the left chest and the Adidas logo on the right, with the 'Vodafone' sponsor logo screen-printed in the center. The shirt is constructed from Adidas' Climalite performance fabric, which is lightweight and moisture-wicking.The 2003-2004 season was a historic period for SL Benfica as it coincided with the club's 100th anniversary (1904-2004). On the pitch, the team achieved a significant victory by winning the Taça de Portugal (Portuguese Cup), defeating José Mourinho's treble-winning FC Porto 2-1 in the final. This season is also remembered for the tragic death of Hungarian striker Miklós Fehér, who collapsed during a match against Vitória de Guimarães in January 2004. The club finished as runners-up in the Primeira Liga and moved into the newly built Estádio da Luz during this campaign.
